"We stayed for 2 nights and had the waterpark package. I will start by saying we got upgraded to a nicer room as the hotel is under renovations right now, the room was nice! Not the cleanest, but renovated and new. We had a couple issues, our coat hanger fell out of the wall and the shower had an issue with only having super hot water.. but the staff did quickly come and help! The breakfast at the hotel was great, you get a couple choices of cereal, bread and then they make egg and sausages for breakfast sandwiches! The waterpark is across the street and a pretty quick walk, one thing we didn’t realize was the waterpark has its own hours for each day of the week so be sure to check before going!"

"Clean, updated rooms and a comfortable stay overall. I really appreciated the laundry facilities on-site—it’s a great convenience, especially for longer stays. The location was also a big plus, with plenty within walking distance. The only downside was the pool being under maintenance during my visit, so I didn’t get to use it. Otherwise, everything was great and I’d definitely stay again."

"Clean service and environment"

"The hotel itself was clean and the staff were all very nice. The pool however was pretty gross. The water was discoloured and felt a little “slimy”. This was our main reason for choosing this hotel, so we were very disappointed. This trip was for my daughter’s birthday and a couple of her friends, so we chose a 1 bedroom suite so as to have both more space and an area for privacy. The room was EXTREMELY underwhelming. It was crowded, dark and basically the same size as a regular room, but with an extra wall—making it look and feel even smaller. The room was grossly overpriced. We visited during “offseason” and it was well over $350 for one night. Had this been a true one bedroom suite, the price would have been justified…but it was very small crowded regular room at best. The breakfast was good. Nothing too special, but there was a decent selection and the fact that it was free was a factor in our decision to stay here. I’m disappointed that this hotel does not offer free parking. Granted, it wasn’t a surprised, we were advised when we booked, but I think every hotel should include parking—I know many don’t in this area, but they should! I likely won’t stay at this hotel again. "
