"If I could give a negative star rating, I would. The pictures online are nothing like the property. Save your money and find someplace else to stay! My first clue should have been when I walked through the door and the a/c wasn't working in the lobby. The bathroom appeared unclean; there was hair in the toilet, the sink didn't drain properly, and in a room with two queen beds, there was only one towel, one wash rag, and one hand towel. "The place was supper clean, new, and felt very safe staying there. The hall stairs to second floor had mildue smell, not sure if it had a leak or just closed off hall with no ventelation, but the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was not great. Very minimal even for a continetal breakfast think it cold have been a little better. , Coffee and tea in room was super cheap."

"We checked in our room and there was a dirty rag left in top of the toilet. Leftover food from a previous guest was also still in the room. There was no smoke detector as it had been pulled off and the wires left exposed. The bed was badly stained as well. We left after only two hours and were not refunded. We paid $180 for one night and it was not suitable to stay in. Very disappointed that management would not refund our money for a room that should never have been rented in its condition."

"Booked for my daughter and her family and upon arrival, they were told they weren’t even supposed to be able to book this place as it’s for long term stays only. The area is a little shady, it’s noisy outside, and the pool wasn’t in use. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all!"

"Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend."

Did not use the shower as it was not exactly clean. Strong smell of cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. Wear shoes, the floor was filthy."
