We recently stayed at Henrik's twice for a total of a week.
Location, breakfast & air conditioning were excellent.
Rooms are small. No room to store suitcase. Closet not long enough to hang shirt. Safe on floor.
Precious space wasted with 6 pillows taking up half of bed. When we asked that housekeeping remove the pillows that we didn't need, they stacked them on the floor & night table.
Housekeeping did not come one day despite us having left request tag on room door.
For 2 days I asked at hotel front desk to be provided with a smaller pillow as the 4 huge pillows caused me neck pain. No results. On the third day, I went to the front desk of the adjacent Ascot Hotel, & the agent very kindly came to my room within 15 minutes with a choice of 2 smaller pillows.
Given the small rooms, it would have been nice to relax in the nicely appointed lobby/lounge area. Unfortunately, this was not possible in the evening when the pleasant inoffensive background day music changed into throbbing techno music.
Overall, Henrik's was not as advertised "a luxury hotel with personalized service & spacious yet charming rooms".
