"Overall this place is good value. Its big. it is clean, very helpful staff, and they worked with me on a cancellation that was out of my control. It’s a touch behind on upkeep. If your looking for a quiet place to sleep, a clean room, a free glass of Malbec at dinner, don’t want to spend $300 a night and don’t care if it’s not perfect this is the place for you. "

" This house is very large with a full kitchen two bedrooms and a living room that is fully equipped with everything that you need. It is located on a beautiful vineyard with fruit trees that you are allowed to pick. The owner is an expat from America and very nice however he insisted that we paid cash and when we were allowed to pay credit card we had to pay at a higher exchange rate than what was agreed upon on hotels.com. We ended up hanging about $5 more than the agreed upon amount...

"I absolutely loved La Morada! It was intimate, friendly, comfortable, and a true escape. From the lovely, attentive staff to the incredible vista from my mini-house, I truly enjoyed every minute. So glad it was small, hidden, and not overdeveloped. Quiet luxury without any ostentation. "

"The hotel is nice posada, room is big, stuff super nice. However, in our room bathroom is in need of urgent renovation - it was difficult to take shower as shower is clogged up and showerhead needs replacement , toilet was pretty demaged and stained and there was mold around sink. "Our stay was amazing!! The property is so beautiful and peaceful yet we were never bored. Our room was the apartment above the cellar and was very private with an incredible view over the vineyard and mountains. We enjoyed the spa and pool as well as several meals at the restaurant. The food was delicious as was the wine tasting. The staff were all very kind and accommodating and helped us organize a driver for exploring Valle de Uco as well as an evening of horse back riding. "Hotel Alcántara was wonderful. It is very modern, spotless and brand new. Everybody is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts is the location, just 3 to 10 minutes from some truly amazing vineyards. We loved every single moment of our stay. Breakfast was another highlight: very healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!"
