The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was well maintained, and the children (and adult children) really enjoyed their time there. We’ll definitely recommend to our family and friends, and plan on being back again soon!

Enjoyed our stay at Black Oak. Staff was very friendly. Property was very clean and there was plenty of activities for kids & adults. The layout of the casino and restaurants was a little tricky, but the staff went out of their way to help with directions. Highly recommended

We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed it very much! It was very clean and the staff was approachable and friendly. The pool and water park area with a slide (kid area) was a blast for young children. It was a bit difficult to find our room since I heard we were in the older area of the hotel and figuring out where to park and then get to our room was the only hurdle we had but we didn't use the valet parking either. We did end up finding a place to park near our room. 5 star!
