"From check in to check out our experience with Otter Hotel was fantastic. We were greeted with warm smiles and friendliness. My girlfriend was wished a happy birthday and when we got to our room there was a special birthday message for her. The rooftop hot pool was absolutely amazing and the rooftop heated floor was great. Our view was very nice and room was clean. The underground parking has a clearance of 7 feet so my truck fit with no issues and the complimentary bus passes allowed us explore...

"I am so happy to see that the hotel group in Banff have upgraded an old classic motel. The courtyard is beautiful and private, the doggy was welcomed with treats and gift and even if there was a charge, it was still less than the bordering. We saw some wildlife in our forest across the way. The bed and the room …well it was so great! Coffee is the morning and just a short walk to the breakfast place. "I was very satisfied with our stay. The kitchen and fireplace (with free firewood) were a must during the winter, and I’m so glad they were able to accommodate our requests. It made our stay super cozy!!! A Big thanks to front desk staff Hannah who was very polite/ always willing to help. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping our room clean and restocking the bathroom essential."
