"We just spent 3 nights here and loved it. The hot tubs and cold plunge were put to use daily and my teenagers made good use of the huge and delicious breakfast each morning! Parking was the only tricky aspect since we opted for the free parking on the street. In the end we always found a spot but it took some extra time. We’d stay here again! The location is perfect - just on the cusp of the bustling town and so easy to get to and from. Plus it’s a darling hotel with all the amenities!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The properties is quaint and cozy, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The best part is the location. It's close to everything you want in Banff! We parked in the underground garage. It's a bit tight to maneuver a vehicle down there if you're used to larger parking garages in the States, but it's doable and was wonderful to have parking at the property. "

"This was an excellent headquarters for launching my excursions around Banff. The staff delivered superior service when I requested a change of room. The rooms were clean and orderly with every amenity I could want. The premises were also clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
