Incredible hidden treasure by a beautiful lake. The termal waters, the pool, horse ridding and all the activities in the lake are enjoyable whether you want to relax or have fun (or both). Came with my 10 year old and my parents and everyone loved their stay. We will definitely be back! Staff here really know what excellent customer service is.

I like the appearance and cleanliness, loved the food. did not like the coldness on the front desk, a person in a whealchair had difficulty in the very hot walkway and no shade at all. Smooth walkway would be better for older guests. The spa people were attentive.

Property, especially the staff were helpful. The only thing I did not like was that my Cesar Salad was dirty and even I brought it up, nothing was done. Other than this, the place is great and hope to visit once again.
