Terrible stay, no phone, no refrigerator in the room, no kettle, no water, no coffee, the bathroom in terrible condition, the water did not go through the drain after shower, I asked many times to fix this issue without any response, I do not recommend this hotel.
El verdadero problema lo tuvimos porque las señoras de la limpieza se olvidaban de reponer las toallas y el papel higiénico. Fue incómodo tener que llamar cada día a Recepción para pedir que nos los repusieran.

It was ok , apparently smoking was permitted it was a bit of a problem for me, breakfast was very good all around it was good+
J’ai réservé un séjour pour 2 personnes entre le 7 juin et le 9 juin (2 nuit) à l’hôtel YADIS IBN KHALDOUN.
J’ai été déçu de la qualité de service à la clientèle de cette établissement.
Je suis arrivé le 7 juin à l’hôtel vers 14H:15 et j’ai pris la chambre numéro 1106 , la mauvaise impression a commencé depuis le départ avec des linges de lit tous salles et des serviettes de bain tous mouillés
J’ai demandé à la réception de l’hôtel de résoudre le problème , les linges a été changé mais j’étais pas satisfait de la qualité.
Le soir j’ai essayé d’activer la climatisation, malheureusement qu’il ne fonctionne pas, j’ai contacté encore la réception de l’hôtel pour l’activer et la j’ai reçu la grande surprise !!!!
L’agent de la réception m’a informé que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas car c’est pas trop chaud !!!!! Sachant que la température ambiante c’était 29 degré celsius.
J’étais trop nerveux de la réponse de l’agent, qui m’a informé après que la climatisation centrale a désactivé par la direction et sera activé à partir de 15 juin!!!!
Après tout ça la direction de l’hôtel m’a changé la chambre et maintenant je suis installé avec ma femme dans la chambre 416 avec le même problème (climatisation désactiver).
Schlechte Sauberkeit, Telefon funktioniert nicht. Service sehr schlecht. Taxi bestellen muss man auch die Hotel personal bezahlen. Ich habe zwei Zimmern mit jede 3 Betten bezahlt aber habe ich nur 5 Betten für 6 Personen bekommen. Ein Zimmer die Klimaanlage funktionert nicht.
For a 3 star hotel it barely makes 1 star. Everything is dated and barely working. On enquiring why my room had no telephone I was told that none of the rooms have telephones and the receptionist gave me his mobile number.
