The internet kept cutting out every 30 seconds, leading to a frustrating experience. My room had no towels and i had to go down twice to ask for them. The phone in the room is decoration, they dont pur the reception number. When I walked into the shower, the shower water wasnt working. It was leaking behind the wall and from the plumbing/sewer hole in the floor. Id personally ask for a refund but im just happy it was one day. Definitely not a 4 star or even close to 4 star hotel.
I like it very much, the service was great , the sweet was nice just the washroom smells a little bit other than that is perfect, the buffet was great 👍.
Good hotel. But i wish the reception would answer calls for guests staying at hotel. Tried so many times to ring my father who was staying there. Either no answer or put you on hold. The request for constant tipping also a little frustrating and not right.
Very comfortable stay with my family. And helpful staff . Thankyou

Alt bra utenom frokost,service i resturangen var ikke ok, altid mangle noen. varmt vann var ikke på plass, en liten saks var nødvendig for å åpne kaffe pusene, dårlig kvalitet på brod, hver dag måtte spørre om små te skje for ungen, men personen var snill og grei.
Big and clean room, bed was good too, bathroom is not very functionally , WIFI not the best but ok., water in the shower is strong. personal are very helpful try to satisfy the clients in all the maters. generally good experience.
J ai passé un bon début de séjour à cet hôtel c’est ce que fais que j ai augmenté mon séjour de 11 jours de plus dans meme hôtel mais la seule recommandation que je peux faire c’est a propos de la télévision. Je suis dans suite de 2 chambre et j ai deux télé , un au salon et l autre dans chambres secondaires au lieu de la chambre principale et toute les deux télé son dès télé simple non smart un hôtel de 4 étoiles dois avoir ses télé smart 4K . Merci de bien revoir cet aspects.

It was nice staying overall, The receptionist has upgraded my accommodation to the next level sweet complement.
However the breakfast was not good as it had been before Corona?!
You and the hotel Marigold in Tunis gave me very bad treatment and service
Im thinking not to use you in my future travel
It’s next to impossible to communicate with you as my booking agent and did not finish my cancellation of the reservation at this terrible hotel
I liked the cleanliness of this hotel, huge room and comfortable beds and pillows.
I wasn't satisfied with the internet (poor connection) and the food is average, i think it should be better compared to this level hotel.

This is my 3rd time in Marigold. The first time was great, the second pretty bad because I was given a bad room. This third time it was fine just like the first, room was large and clean, services were good enough. I'll surely be back in my next trip to Tunisia.
