We enjoyed our stay very much. It was near the airport so it was convenient as we had an early morning flight. This hotel is attached to City Gate Outlets (huge shopping mall with a great food court on the upper level as well as many restaurants within). Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi, quaint restaurant/bar area at the back of the hotel. Hotel staff were helpful. Room was a bit small but sufficient for 1 night before we headed home.

The restaurant and bar had outstanding New Zealand steak and gin drinks, served in an art deco setting. The breakfast buffet is worth the price and the cappuccinos were delicious. The only negative was there is no airport shuttle, however, the hotel will get you a taxi forthwith.

The staff is amazing! Edith works the front desk & she is the sweetest person and upgraded my room for free. My first time in Hong Kong and she made it great! I highly recommend getting the buffet breakfast. It’s a great variety and really good. The hotel itself is extremely clean and I would stay again if in Hong Kong!

The staff at the Silveri Hotel were wonderful and our stay was excellent. The only thing I did not like was that the smoke detector light was so bright is like a beacon in my eyes while I was trying to sleep. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying there.
