IDEAL location if you want to take the ngong ping 360 cable car. That could not have been easier. The rooms were also very nice and clean, and the breakfast was superb. Would recommend to anyone!

All the staff members were extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. The room and facilities were clean and functional, albeit a bit small. It's overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely consider this hotel above others, if I want to stay near the airport.

Highly recommend this hotel! Everything was so well managed from the time I stepped into the hotel. The bellman was super courteous, helped us willingly with a very positive attitude with our luggage, the front desk staff were very courteous, our room was beautiful, the hotel is connected to CityGate Mall which has fabulous stores and great places to eat, and the breakfast the next day was great also. Lots of fresh vegetables and fresh fruit, and a wide variety of foods for every type of eater. Cleaning staff were polite and courteous, and the hotel is beautiful. Everywhere you turn is well decorated and from certain places in the hotel including the elevator, you can see the sea view. On top of all the other wonderful things, its only 10 minutes to HKIA, so its super super convenient. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Please book now!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was near the airport so it was convenient as we had an early morning flight. This hotel is attached to City Gate Outlets (huge shopping mall with a great food court on the upper level as well as many restaurants within). Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi, quaint restaurant/bar area at the back of the hotel. Hotel staff were helpful. Room was a bit small but sufficient for 1 night before we headed home.

The restaurant and bar had outstanding New Zealand steak and gin drinks, served in an art deco setting. The breakfast buffet is worth the price and the cappuccinos were delicious. The only negative was there is no airport shuttle, however, the hotel will get you a taxi forthwith.
