"Very nice place. Great staff, pretty good food and drinks.
Was a little bummed we weren’t able to go into the ocean due to the sargassum problem, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
Ac in the room wasn’t the best, and we did have a few critter’s in the room, but… we are surrounded by water and trees so it was somewhat expected.
Other than that, everything was great!"

"Our stay at Coco Unlimited was beyond amazing. We booked the Master Suite, and it was everything we could have imagined. Spacious, luxurious, and perfectly located. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating all our needs from airport transfers to exploring the area. With just a little notice, they arranged everything seamlessly, including birthday decorations & even providing a woman driver so we always felt safe.

"I had to argue with the hotel over the pet fee.
According to the pet policy at the time of my booking, it stated:
“Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD $20 per accommodation, per night.”
However, when I checked in, the hotel tried to charge me USD $20 per pet, per night instead. It was only after I told them I would contact American Express to dispute the charge that they agreed to honor the pet policy as it was advertised.
I noticed the hotel has since updated its policy to USD $50 per...

"Está bien ubicado, la persona que atiende por la mañana en recepción es excelente para hacerlo. El hotel tiene todo lo requerido y está muy limpio. Tiene un súper mercado justo frente. Hay muchos lugares para comer cercanos de todo tipo de alimentos. Realmente cercano al centro del lugar."
