"We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!"

There were several upsells the resort tried to say was included as being a preferred guest. But all it did was give you the opportunity to pay more. My room was clean and gorgeous but very musty/wet smelling. It is hurricane season, so I will give it that. I asked to be placed with the party I was...
