"We really enjoyed the Impressions section of this resort, and it significantly influenced my overall review. The layout of the resort is very nice, and our Ocean View room was beautiful. Our butlers were outstanding as well. However, the resort became overcrowded from Thursday to Sunday, making it nearly impossible to get a drink at any bar on the property. We often had to retreat to the Impressions lobby and their restaurant upstairs. I wasn’t particularly fond of the suggested reservation...

"Our vacation was PERFECT in every way! This resort is amazing! Set within a jungle next to the ocean! The food was amazing- the service was always EXCELLENT- the staff was VERY ATTENTIVE- and our Nomadic Guides (Oscar and Andre) we're very helpful with any of our questions. We will BE BACK!!!"

"This property uses a system of code bar to enter the property since there is no staff after 6pm. The code bar was sent to my phone but never worked. I had to call the security guard every night to be able to enter and jump the gate in the day time to enter. Every day in the morning the staff recheck the code bar but it never worked.
