"This place is amazing, staff food and location, Griselda was the best very professional and friendly person, very attentive, but overall all the staff made is feel welcome, the food at both restaurants was delicious a bit pricey but worth it, the shrimp tacos were the best. Unfortunately it looks like the place is under renovations by the pool area so we weren’t able to really enjoy the pool but this place deserves a 5 stars and I can’t wait to be back l."

"Staff are terrible they don’t apologise or try to fix things when they go wrong. I had no water for the last night or my stay and no compensation was given or even offered. An animal broke into my room at night and stole my food no sanitisation was offered. Staff are rude and not very welcoming aside from these very few who we were- they were the outliers and not the standard. Horrible experience but beautiful place. Save your money and book a reputable hotel. "

"The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is close to the National Park. Food is okay, pretty much the exact same thing everyday in the buffet. No menu. Hot water is a maybe. Maid service is okay. Elevators don’t have accurate floor numbers. No room service. Front desk speaks no English. "
