The Campbell Hotel was wonderful! The rooms and decor was beautiful, the staff was great and helpful with any request and it was very affordable. Highly recommend!
We appreciated the close and free parking. The hotel was very charming and full of character. We rented the King Suite and enjoyed the extra space along with the 2 fireplaces- non working of course.
Reasonably priced and close to the event, allowing us to walk.
Breakfast was minimal, but without a kitchen I can see how hard it would be to expand the menu from packaged items. Fruit would have been nice.
The Campbell Hotel is such a great place to stay. The rooms are always quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is central and everything is easy to get to. My wife and I have stayed here four-years in a row for our yearly trip to Tulsa for the Chili Bowl, and we will be back again next year!
Love this property. It’s character, history and vibe. The staff so friendly and location is so convenient

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel location was excellent, but the hotel has been used and not updated; one bedside lamp was broken, the floors creaked, the bathtub had no grab bars, chair cushions were worn out and there were no spare blankets of pillows.
The staff was excellent, coffee bar well stocked. Free parking
Our room was spotless and uniquely designed. Our sheets were very clean and top of the line quality. The staff was over the top courteous and accomodating. The bar was quaint and also over the top accomodating. We highly recommend this unusual and surprising hotel. You will love your stay.
Quaint but clean, comfortable inn. Antiques galore, felt like traveling back 150 years in time! Friendly staff, very comfortable room with all amenities. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Spacious room (Golden Hurricane) with sitting area and a large bathroom. Very comfortable bed and sunny morning light.
Pleasantly surprised at how much we loved The Campbell. This is a hotel from the Route 66 days that has been redone and updated, but still keeping some historical decor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, water pressure was great, room was clean, and the staff were great. We had an issue with getting our TV connected so the front desk person came up to assist. She wasn’t able to get it, so the manager came from home to get it fixed. Very much above and beyond.
Note that the breakfast was bare minimum, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all. The only suggestion I would have is that you might want to try getting a room on the parking lot side if road noise bothers you. We were street side and the street is really close to the building so we heard cars driving by the whole time. Not a deal breaker for us, but just a heads up if that’s important to you.
We’ll be visiting Tulsa again at some point and would happily stay here again.
Took us a few minutes to find the room, but it was overall comfortable. Also took a few minutes to figure out how to turn the fireplace on, the room was a bit cold. Only real criticism was the hair on the wall in the shower, that was kinda gross.
