Stayed here on purpose for the hot tub, & after arriving it was apparent that the hot tub hasn’t worked in years! Obvious stains on entry floor and bathroom floor. The room overall didn’t feel throughly cleaned.

Hello Ashley,First of all the outdoor hot tub is closed for the season and will reopen on Memorial Day as it does every year. Anyone with common sense would know to check the hotel amenities before booking. Yes, we are renovating the hot tub during the down season. It has not been down for years as you mentioned. Please find another hotel suitable to your demands in the future.

I liked the location because it was quiet and and away from the busy traffic. the full breakfast was very good and lots of variety. The room was VERY clean and the beds were soooo comfortable!

The location was good for being outside Tulsa and near the casino. But it was near a loud freeway/interstate. The comforters were old and had a few obvious stains. And they don’t clean under the mattress or the headboard by the head. There was a chair in the corner I was too nervous to put my bags on and sit on. Bathroom was clean. But also the hotel was not sound proof at all, you heard a lot.

This was a nice stay! Me and my family stayed here comfortably. Front desk person at check in was really nice! About 15 mins from wherever we wanted to go. We would stay here again.

Property was clean. It was in a quiet area with several restaurants nearby. There were a few minor repairs that were needed for my particular room…the bathroom door would not close all the way and the shower curtain was pretty worn out (clean, just torn in several noticeable spots). Room WIFI was mediocre, so if that’s a must, maybe not the best choice of stay. OVERALL, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

This was a nice place! I honestly was not expecting too much but it exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was ok, had eggs and sausage which were ok, a variety of muffins/bagels/bread, a couple cereals, oatmeal, and waffle maker. The beds were very comfortable, but tall!

The Staff was friendly, coming from a large city, it definitely gives small town vibes, not much around. But it was quiet and easy checkin. It right off the highway and I did see a Walmart across the highway. I chose this location only bc it was the host hotel for an event. I would normally stay at a Hilton or 4/5 star.

Stayed for 2 nights. This property backs up to a park and it was VERY quiet and VERY CLEAN. We heard nothing and no one at night. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was basic, nothing fancy, scrambled & boiled eggs, breakfast patties, cereal, fruit, bagels, muffins, coffee and juices. Only 2 things we didn’t care for, terribly spotty internet and no smart tvs.

Thank you for staying with us! I’m sorry you were unable to use the outdoor hot tub, but it wasn’t out of service. It was closed for the fall/winter season and will reopen in May 2024.
