Other than the Air Conditioner did not work at all, it was a great place to stay.

Excellent hotel, really well managed, comfortable, stylish, friendly staff. Hot pools were fun, everything worked as it should. At the end of the town but hotel provides free bus tickets and public transport is really convenient so really no big deal. Driving and having to park downtown would have been far more hassle

Room was fairly small, but well kept. Shower / tub drained slowly so should be addressed. Not a lot of staff it seemed but the front desk was very helpful. The hot tub is quite unique (an quite hot as it should be). It is underground with a view to the sky, large enough to accommodate many people. It is on the main strip and walking distance to many hiking areas including Tunnel Mountain and the Bow River trail / Banff Springs waterfall. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping as well.
