This is a very nice hotel, the receptionist speaks excellent English. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all amenities, including a mini fridge and a kettle. Very walkable area. Highly recommend.

Okay for a budget hotel. Location is great, in the center of the city. Hot water needed to be reset, but staff are always available. No elevator, working WiFi, street parking.
