"Breakfast was good and fresh"

"I needed a handicap room because of walking issues. First off. I had to walk to the middle of the building to get to my room. Then the picture in ad of a walk-in shower which I needed for handicap was a small bathtub with hand rails. Why would a handicap room be in middle of hotel. No walk in shower. Also. I stayed from Thurs thru Sunday. Not once did housekeeping come to my room. No clean towels or trash emptied. And the side exit doors weren’t able to be used to come in. Just out. The side door would have been very helpful for handicapped access. Was told the batteries in the side doors needed replacement. Parking lot was all tore up making it had using a walker"

"Random people in the parking lot, my guess is they using the wifi. I asked for a quiet room and had several neighbors that slammed doors until 1am. Then I was awaken by two men talking in the hallway outside their room at 3:15 in the morning. The hotel was not busy and yet I was assigned a handicap room with neighbors. I could hear the alarm of my neighbor at 6:30am and I honestly thought it was my daughter’s, as it was so loud. I also heard footsteps in the room above. I don’t think I would stay here again. The bathroom was very nice and clean. "

"The staff was polite and the property was clean. The rooms are pretty basic . Paper thin walls (was woken up several times by noise in other rooms and the hallway), poorly lit. The most concerning was my room was given to someone else and they tried entering at 2:45AM, which was pretty upsetting. Will not return, there are other properties in the area."

"Overall, it was a great place to stay. One thing that bothered me was that during breakfast, the ham and eggs were placed in the same heated container. I do not eat meat but do eat eggs, so this was an issue for me. Additionally, from a religious perspective, ham is not permitted for some guests, and having it heated together with other food in the same tray be considered unacceptable. "
