"Clean rooms, very helpful and polite staff"

"Great experience here. Facilities are great, spa fantastic, views even better, breakfast and other food options are just right. Rooms were and other interiors are clean and very well presented. Parking is by the door and easy accessed. If I’m being really picky (didn’t impact stay) - clearly making improvements so the outside had a lot of building equipment around made outside look a little scruffy and the spa area needed a bit of a tidy during the day as a bit of glassware left lying around. Overall, a great hotel and brilliant to stay. "

"The room was very nice and clean! We were upgraded which was so lovely of the hotel which was another reason for us to want to return. The spa facilities were perfect, made us feel very zen and ready for the day ahead. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice of both hot and cold food and nice that you could just help yourself. "Absolute bargain for what we paid. The triple room had 3 single beds and was spacious and clean. Great walk in shower in bathroom. In Kendal centre. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again. "
