"At check-in we were told our room would be serviced every other day.. Ok. Stayed three nights, room never serviced. Called the front desk to and the person said they’d check with their manager about why the room wasn’t serviced. Who cares, just offer to bring towels. Had to ask for them, Shouldn’t there be training for this situation?? Definitely need the earplugs they put in the room if your room faces the bars. Downtown Gainesville can be loud and they party late. Also no waters in the room?? $5 in the lobby. The bar is good, so is the coffee in the lobby. The breakfast is meh. The staff was nice and helpful…except when we had a problem. We’ve stayed here before since we have a kid at UF, just wish we wanted to stay here again. "
