"Everything about the hotel was great but the beds and pillows. Very uncomfortable and hurt our backs and necks. Clean, friendly, great gym and pool. Just please replace the mattress and pillows "

"I have bug bites on me. I hot bit up by bed begs. 3 bites. They are on my cheek, neck and hand. Supper itchy. Room number one zero eight. Wish I could add a photo of them."

"The front desk person was not friendly at all at check in. The room we got was very dated and needs a big remodel. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the pool area looks really nice, the reception area and breakfast was nice and clean. The breakfast area is near the general managers office, while grabbing our breakfast we can hear someone screaming at someone else at the top of their lungs inside the general managers office. Not ok when children can hear this. "

"The smells in the lobby, the room and on the floor were a mix of weed, cigarettes, and strong cheap cleaning products, which created an unpleasant environment and triggered my son’s asthma. Getting clean towels was also an issue and seemed to be an inconvenience for the staff, which added to the frustration. There were also questionable stains or substances wiped on certain walls in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and overall upkeep. We booked the room solely for a place to shower and sleep, and thankfully we were busy and gone most of the day, so we spent minimal time there. However, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. It was quiet even though it was a full house. I would recommend updating the television to smart tvs just so there are more option on movies."
