"Okay the room has a mini split the AC is right where the bed's at so that helps you keep cool but it takes like a whole day with this heat that we're having it could be an ice machine also in a property I mean when I was checking in you know it took me like 10 minutes to get a hold of the I guess the property manager but hey for the rate that I paid was excellent and it was so close to downtown to the beach so you got to give and take what I stayed there again no I'll try to find a better hotel"

"Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep.
