"Very nice property needs to be upgraded outside needs fresh paint job! Food in the restaurant is too expensive breakfast should not cost $25… parking is a nightmare! Toilet are to short hard on the knees. Needs were met when calling the front desk. Friendly staff very quiet enjoyed my stay…. Will stay again"

"We’ve stayed at the hotel a number of times the night before our early morning flights depart LAX. This time we were given a newly remodeled room and it was amazing! Clean, spacious, well lit and well appointed. We were genuinely surprised and happy. We will now look forward to staying there. They’ve done a great remodel. It’s ongoing "

"Beds were clean. Bathroom needed work (poop) on the underside of the toilet seat. The couch and curtains were filthy. The TV didn’t work. We asked to change rooms but it was equally as grimy so just stayed put in the room we were in as it was only for 1 night. The hotel has great potential if they did a good deep clean in the rooms. For over $200 a night this hotel was the worst of the five hotels we stayed in during our LA vacation. Hotel did say they would reimburse us the $22 parking to try to make up for the condition of the room but it did not appear on our receipt. Would not recommend or stay there again. "

"We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony and really enjoyed the hot tub as well. "

"Room was spacious, nice views, and friendly staff. They had a water station in the lobby so I could fill up my water bottle and use their ice machine 24/7. The only bad thing was their free breakfast. Only 3 cereal flavors, bread with jam, yogurt, and juices. So much for free breakfast. Other than that, would recommend."
