"We only stayed for one night but had a great experience. Staff were friendly and polite and seemed happy to help. Room was very comfortable and very clean. We had lunch and then breakfast the next day and both were delicious.

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "
