The hotel was fantastic! Great location, clean and comfy place to call home!
Divya, on the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!
Phenomenal staff! They really took care of our family during our 8 night stay. In nearly every way they were simply amazing! We easily caught the trains nearby and had an overabundance of food and shopping choices
Wonderful staff! Property older but maintained mostly would not rate five star hotel but comfortable enough. Staff make up for it along with location and shopping etc.
This was our first stay at the Marriott Hotel in London, and overall it was a pleasant experience with some standout moments. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, in particular Charlie, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room from a studio to a one-bedroom, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. When we arrived at the room, it was about 90% ready. We happened to meet the room inspection manager, who felt the room had not yet been fully inspected and therefore did not approve it in its current state. She promptly arranged for housekeeping to return the same day to finish cleaning, which we appreciated as it was handled quickly and professionally. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. On our first day, I was contacted by email asking if there were any additional reasons for our stay. I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary; however, there was no acknowledgment of this during our stay, which was disappointing given that the hotel had asked for this information. Additionally, on our last day, housekeeping left four boxes of tissues, four rolls of toilet paper, and one roll of paper towels—items that would have been more useful earlier in our stay rather than at the end.
With a bit more attention to detail, this could be an exceptional experience. Thank you.
We booked an executive apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a peeler and scissors. Well kitted out incl a dishwasher, oven, fridge and microwave.
Very nice, spacious and comfortable room. They did have an issue with hot water but out of their control.
Close to the new Elizabeth line which was very convenient.
I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and I have to say I am finally fed up. This hotel sells itself as a 5 star hotel. It isn’t. It is dated and in urgent need of renovation. I stayed in one of the apartments on the 11th floor with my family. There is nothing special about this hotel and I would actually say it is closer to a 3 start hotel. The lobby is impressive, but that is it.
If you're planning a medium-term stay in London, if you're traveling with a family, this is one of the best options.
(1) It's a home away from home. Unlike a hotel, you have a living room. You can make your own breakfast if you don't want hotel breakfast. Of course, the breakfast that comes with your stay at the ground floor restaurant, Manhattan Grill, is also very good.(My wife still loves Omlet)
(2) It's clean. There were comments from past users that the room needed remodeling, but the room was clean as if it had already been remodeled. The furniture is a bit old, but I can live with that.
(3) Transportation is the best. It seems to be far away from Tower Bridge and Big Ben where tourists go. However, with access to the Elizabeth line, DLR, and subway (JUBILEE) as well as an Uber boat, I never felt like I was far away. You can also enjoy the unique night view of Canary Wharf.
(4) Friendly staff I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff during my stay. I was impressed that when I had a problem or complaint, they tried their best to solve it. Thanks again to MEL and MARI.
If we ever have the opportunity to visit London again, Marriott Apartments Canary Wharf will be the best choice for our family.
Hotel is well located in Canary Wharf Close to shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean and room was big with kitchen area and with friendly staff. But no food available in the hotel after 9:30pm. no room service, No mini bar, no shop in hotel. There was tea and coffee in room but no milk if any type.
The front desk staff was friendly, but the benefits of prepaying vs. booking direct via Hotels.com are evident. As a Marriott rewards member I did not receive the increased level of service and hospitality I am accustomed to receiving.
For a family trip to London this was a great choice. Good service and room was very spacious with great views. A bit tired in decor but still very functional and we would stay again. Clean and ideal for 5 with a spare bed. We are fussy but this is recommended

Really loved this hotels central location. Every major restaurant is within walking distance. Some less the 2 mins walk. Beautiful relaxing location. Great for business or a relaxing weekend. The staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs.
Serviced apartment needs renovation

Some of the staffs are not very professional and makes many mistakes.
They have some problem with internal communication.
