"Hotel staff were friendly and timely responded to our request (eg getting extra blankets). The hotel room was quiet and dark which is essential for a good night sleep. The hotel was located somewhere between two tube station and subway lines that requires a bit of walk (within 5-10 mins). There are supermarkets nearby for essentials. Overall good experience. "
"I can only say wonderful things about our family of 3 stay at this hotel. The area is beautiful! Close to a train station. The customer service of every member I spoke too was flawless! They are happy to help and take care of your needs! I must praise Vhladimir, Jake and everybody at the front desk/reception , restaurant . Everybody 5 stars. The rooms are normal size, nice space bathroom with shower and bathtub, comfortable bed . We were very comfortable in our 2 double beds room. Thank you all...
