"Staff were polite but not responsive to customer requests. E.g. The room safe was not working and no one came to fix. The TV also didn't work. It's noisy from loud music playing at the bar, as other reviews noted. It's a basic clean 3 star hotel. Chose it for It's proximity to airport and places to eat."

"The hotel staffs are pretty nice. We stayed at the 9th floor. The bathroom barn door was not installed properly so no privacy. Not a single outlet work around the desk and also the lamp. The shower handle was worn off and temp was set at hot. We had lot of rain and water came inside the room through the windowsill and wet the floor. The room was clean though."

The customer service was exceptional and a special shout-out goes to Tania at the front desk. She is the definition of outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, attentive to our needs, provided a tour of the facility and was genuinely caring. She made us feel welcomed from our very first conversation on the phone and that level of service continued throughout...

"This Hotel has bed bugs. I stayed here for one night because i had a flight going out the next day. When i woke up to get ready for my flight i was bitten up very badly and it wasn’t mosquitos . This hotel is TERRIBLE"
