"The service at check in was non existent. It took over 20 minutes for someone to even come and attend to the front desk. No apologies, just an oh well attitude. We went to make coffee in the morning and part of the coffee maker was missing. I went to the front desk to ask about it. She admitted she had never been in the rooms, and there was no back up in the back room. The only bright spot was the worker that kept the breakfast area fresh, stocked and clean. She was great!"
