Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Schönes Zimmer bzw. Wohnung, gut gelegen in einer sehr schönen Region. Allerdings wurde der Aufenthalt etwas getrübt von einer Diskussion über das gebuchte Frühstück und den Zimmerpreis. Angeblich wäre das Angebot auf Expedia falsch gewesen, dafür kann jedoch der Kunde nichts."

"Excellent Hotel centrally located in town! Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using their spa very much. The staff was very friendly, especially Jan at the front desk. He arranged a to-go lunch for our early morning check out."
