"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."

"I believed that the cleaning took too long and had to request that cleaning start after three days. the television was not working properly and would cut off and the screen would go blank during a program. breakfast was excellent with respect to choice and the speed of service. Staff were also very attentive and friendly."

"The room was clean as you’d expect. There was a smell of drains coming from the shower room which was unpleasant. Incredibly poor air con meant the room heated quickly if using the shower or a hair dryer. We resorted to leaving the door open to try to cool it from 25 degrees."

"Great location but that’s about it. Dirty towels, extremely small room, sink backed up, one roll of toilet paper, AC not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Ended up booking a new property the same day we arrived and eating the cost of both hotels to get out of there."
