Reception staff had excellent accommodating attitudes and were very friendly. The location is excellent for NQ Cowboys supporters who are attending home games at Qld Country Bank Stadium as well as right next door to the Cowboys Club. This is going to be my regular hotel to stay when attending Cowboys home games.

Receptionist was rude and the room bed was made but the toilet had quarter of toilet roll wasn't changed at all and there was no cups bowls no microwave and u have to keep bathroom door closed if alarm goes of you will have to pay a fee i think its a rip off an money hungry place will never return back to there I recommend the mercure for best place an comfort that has everything.
