"The hotel itself is nice and the front desk employee was courteous. I’m sure if we hadn’t found 3 different large blood stains down the side of the bed and the carpet wasn’t damp we might have better things to say. We’d go again but we’ll inspect the room first before going to sleep."

" That was really the worst experience, we reached at about 11 pm. Despite the fact that we already informed them through phone, nobody was present there at front desk neither anyother body to assist, i ve small kid and wife and they kept me standing for hours. Please take notice and refund my money as i stayed there for only 5-6 hrs and left early in the morning. There was no room service, crockery tissues etc. the bed sheets are smelly. "

"The staff was very nice. Just wish that what was advertized under Expedia matched the reality. There were no vending machines- no access to water or other drinks. The lounge room had no chairs, no coffee or cups- I dont think the coffee machine even worked. The room i chose was non smoking, it was clean but very shabby- the shower curtain was about to fall down, there was the odor of having been smoked in at one point and the rug had wrinkles and felt icky. The outside halls had a bad, stale odor. I would not recommend this place."

"We were only there for one night, and the room was very nicely laid out. However, check-in was awful with Melinda's rudeness. We arrived at 2:45 from out of town, and were made to sit and wait until exactly 3pm. We travel all over the world, and understand check in times, but have never been made to sit and wait without any explanation other than the time. At three, she tried to check us in and failed, with computer issues. It was the end of her shift, so her replacement was able to successfully check us in, after about thirty minutes of us waiting in the lobby. Our room had a big dark something on the bathroom floor, and dirty toilet. My husband took care of both. "

"I had a horrible stay. I felt like the staff was watching me and the guests in my room from the time we checked in until the time we left. It made us very uncomfortable. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and they will never receive my business again."

"The property is in excellent condition. My room looked as if it had never been used. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel."
