"Nice staff, clean room "

"When staying in Tampa this is our go to hotel! Very friendly staff, the rooms are very nice and clean. The property is connected to the beach so you are able to enjoy breakfast by the ocean, and watch the sun rise and set. "

"My stay at Perry's was alright. When we got our first room it wasn't even clean. It didnt have any pillows, sheet, or covers on the bed. No towels or anything in the bathroom. So had to call front desk and let them know they had to find us another room. When we got our 2nd room it wasnt that bad. It was clean but some thing's look out dated like the building itself. You could tell it was an older place but it wasn't to bad for one night. It had a little kitchen and oceanfront was really nice. So I would give the place/building a 2.5 star. But in cleaningness alone i would give it a 3.5 star. For staff excellence they were really nice I would rate it a 4 star in niceness. Thats my thoughts. It was neat stopping for one night to see Daytona Beach and then driving the next day to Orlando for a week. "

"Breakfast was nice, but at 9 am they had ran out of several things, it’s kinda far from the boardwalk and we had 2 rooms and paid for 8 people to stay as we had family visiting from out of state and the rooms only had 3 towels to shower with and when I requested more towels, I was told I could go pick them up at the front desk, which I thought they’d bring up towels and when we checked in there wasn’t a cart to bring our luggage up and the front desk said we could check every floor of the hotel for a cart??? And then the pool towels were small and stained "

"Elevator wasn’t working. Paid for parking and was not able to park because it was full. Missed gatherings because we had to circle to park. We literally had to go miles away to wait for a parking spot.That cost us undue time. I was there for the funeral of my father and the things we had planned was delayed because of unexpected delays. My TV was not working. It was fixed the last day I was there. It was one of the worst stays. If they knew the elevator was out of order they should have limited the amount of people who could check in. The delays at the elevator were awful. The rug outside my door is an accident waiting to happen because there was a lump in the carpet. I had to make sure I didn’t trip. There are many places in the hotel with lumps in the carpet."

"I originally was looking for a hotel that had a balcony with beachfront and had a pool so then I didn’t have to go far especially during spring break. The hotel was exactly what I wanted. The front desk was extremely attentive and the location pool beach and view were amazing especially for the price. I love that they have a kitchen so that I could cook some meals for my kids. They have hoses next to the pool so we could wash off all of our beach gear before packing the car, which is a big plus since it was just the beginning of our trip the rooms were quiet, even though I know that we had some neighbors that were definitely having a good time for spring break. I was never inconvenienced or disturbed. The room was comfortable. The air-conditioning y’all struggled a little bit, but we definitely did have the balcony door open a bit because the breeze from the ocean was so amazing. The showers were hot and comfortable. The water pressure was great. The location was also extremely convenient and the beach outside of the hotel was definitely less crowded than others nearby. I will 100% be coming back. "

"The property is dated, and the shower showed signs of repair that was haphazard, the glue used to secure the fiberglass shower enclosure was smeared on the wall and not cleaned off and has since turned brown. The showerhead was 1970's But the staff and the property are amazing. It was obvious most of the guests were repeat visitors and seemed to know eachother and the staff. We felt welcome and comfortable and I would highly recommend you book your stay here. If you're a perfectionist and a stuckler, they probably wouldn't like you anyway"

"Great view, excellent outside patio and beach access. Elevators were a little unreliable at times. TV in the bedroom didn't work, requested 3 separate to be fixed. There was a second TV in the living area that did work.Floors needed to be cleaned. Kitchenette was a great amenity, excellent shower and towel exchange."
