"Its location is great, near everything. However the building is very old. We stayed in 2BRs apartment, the living area is big, but bedrooms r small, n both don't have windows. We booked this hotel due to it has on-site parking so it's more secure parking, but the car park is very small and steep. We also chose this apartment as it has washing machine and dryer, so it's very convenient. The reception closed at 5pm (even though it said 7pm) so if you come after that should let them know in advance. The staff who checked us out is quite friendly. We also concern about cleanliness as there are stain on pillow and bath towels"

"Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. However the hotel does not respect guests’ privacy. Housekeeping team continues to enter guest’s room despite do not disturb sign and this was flagged multiple times before. "

"The staff were super helpful. I had an eye issue after traveling so far. He gave me an eye wash from the first aid kit at 3:30 a.m. Much appreciated. Then I needed to make a local call later in the morning with my out-of-country phone and another fellow helped me with my cellphone. The breakfast was superb and the beds super comfortable to boot. Truly attached to the airport, making our connections much easier."

"Since Changing Hands Recently , I have noticed the following: 1.The Hennessy RooftopBar is no Longer open during the week , Not Good for Business Travellers. 2. I was given a voucher to be used there for a free welcome drink. However as I stayed on a Wednesday, it was closed. I could have used it in The Den downstairs they said, but that also closed at 9pm on a Wednesday Night. Again, this is not good enough for Business Travellers needs or just those in general that would like a night cap. 0pm is for nursing homes. 3. Breakfast is now only available from7am.Once again, this is not suited toBusiness Travellers who need to start at 6am as it used to, so they can get on with their day, or may have early flights to catch. Its almost as though they offer theses inclusions so you return and book, but now fu=ind them hard to use. Sadly, after 5 years I will be considering other hotels from today forward for my next trip I think that offer Better amenity, and there are a myriad of new Players in the Adelaide market atm."

"No parking used. The continental breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. The lady working on the day was delightful. Very pleasant on my arrival and farewell. She was constantly checking the breakfast items on offer and replenishing when needed. Great value for money if you are just wanting a light breakfast."
