"The hotel was very nice and clean, staff were helpful and attentive. We did have some issues with air conditioning in the room which we were told was being sorted but were unfortunately not during our stay meaning that our room was very warm at night due to the hot weather."

"Totally disappointing stay. For a 5-star resort, it was awful. The outside pool was not in use, so only indoor pool.
