"The staff were wonderful, we were there for our honeymoon and on the third night we went down to just get some snacks from the concession area and the guy working the counter remembered that we were there for our honeymoon. Made it feel more personalized and that we mattered and werent just a number in a room."

"Great ambiance, kind staff, clean rooms and amenities! The only issue are the elevators (being renovated, long lines to get up/down), and lack of advice re: entering after 10pm. Not all doors work, elevators needed key, etc. But it took 5 min to figure out, no big deal!"

"For the price, the room was dated: vinyl floor that was bubbling in spots, dirty/moldy looking grout and silicone in the shower, tired looking. I was messaged several times about checking in online prior to arrival, and so I did, only for it not to work properly. I was also asked to try and self serve on a kisok in the lobby when I arrived and that didn't work either - someone had to manually do it. We were two hours early and a room was ready but would cost $50, which I thought was offensive for what we already paid for the room and all the money they are apparently saving by having you check-in yourself (if it worked). One of the days had a lot of drilling and construction noises from the residential floor above us. We discussed with the front desk and they were kind about it, but just said it wouldn't last long. All of the personnel I dealt with were very friendly."
