The property was spectacular, beautiful balcony view and prompt and responsive hosts. They were great! 10/10 experience. The elevator is slow but the gym is newly renovated. Location was perfect, right across from CN tower and convention center.
We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious furnished apartment rental. The guest experience manager was very professional and proactively answered all questions. The kitchen is fully equipped and we appreciated the in-suite laundry machine, which was helpful for cleaning our infant’s clothings. The Suite is located directly across The CN Tower and we walked to the Ripley’s Aquarium and nearby restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place.
The location was fantastic. However, this is not a hotel. There was no remote control for the TV, the room temperature couldn't be adjusted, there was food from the previous guest in the freezer, and I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner (they provided a 3-in-1 body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). And finally, I had to dispose of my own trash.

Place was clean, was expecting to see lake view when I thought it said partial lake view in the listing, but a partial view of Roger's Centre was alright. Bathroom was kinda broken down but still functioning. Communial hot tub was closed for repairs and pool is apprently seasonal and also closed for repairs which wasn't mentioned either and kinda disappointing as this was a deciding factor in booking. Gym was alright but had a weird smell. Most of building is rentals so line ups for elevators was insane. Be prepared to wait upwards of 10 mins going down and close to 20 going up after a game. Host was quick to reply. Close to everything and Starbucks downstairs didn't hurt.
Great apartment 5 minute walk to Roger’s Centre and in walking distance to other things to do and see. Check in was very easy and replies to text messages were very quick.
The property was very clean, and well maintained, internet was fast and smart tv! The location was perfect, close to skydome and lots of others. 5/5 will be back again

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Close to Queen St for shopping, King St for the play we attended, and good restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated that parking was included and found it easy to check in and out. It was well stocked with towels and dishes. It was clean and bright with a fantastic view.
Kitchen amenities are good enough for few days stay . Laundry is excellent . The only downfall was the blinds in living room and bedroom . We have to fix the missing shades to block the sunlight going in .
Not a hotel or an apart-hotel - a private apartment.
The place itself is well located and comfortable. However be aware this is not any kind of hotel, it’s a private apartment. To check in you will need to arrange to meet someone.
The “indoor pool” is a hot tub, the outdoor pool wasn’t open nor was the rooftop terrace (due to construction).
This place will definitely be my first choice if I go back to Toronto. Excellent lake view from the balcony, everything is stocked in the kitchen and washroom, clean space and it is located in the center of everything we walked everywhere.. I loved every minute of our stay at this property, we will recommend this place to our family and friends if they plan to visit Toronto.
This is a great location with a view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette had everything you would need to easily make meals. Expedia has the wrong address listed for the hotel so we went to the wrong place first. Once I checked my messages, I found a detailed email with the correct address with excellent instructions on parking, keys, etc.
The hot tub was closed for renovations which was disappointing as we were there for a sporting event and would have enjoyed relaxing afterwards.
Overall, a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again if back in Toronto
Pros: Great location with nice size 2 bedroom clean condo. Very quiet which was great. Had Everything you needed in the kitchen and lots of extra sheet, blankets and towels. Cons: elevators are extremely slow, with security having to manage the flow of people/access at one point. Recreational floor is effectively a construction zone which the ad did not note. Gym still accessible but extremely dusty. Remainder of amenities under construction. These spaces were still accessible which is a health and safety issue. Spaces under construction should be properly secured.

The room didn’t feel super clean, and neither did the property as a hole. The pool was under construction/maintenance so we didn’t get to use that and no one told us that it wouldn’t be usable. We would’ve booked another place for our kids to have a pool. It was tricky to get an It was tricky to get a hold of someone before my reservation, but once I did, they did respond quickly and they were helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Didn't realize until after I travelled to the property listed on the ad that I wouldn't be staying at that property. I was messaged prior to checking in and provided with a new address down the street to check into which I didn't realize until I tried checking in. Mildly annoying.
The room itself could use renovation/updating done by professional contractors. Appreciate the host trying to keep the property updated, but some things are best left to professionals.
Cleanliness was ok, but seeing someone else's hair-strands in the bathroom tells me it could be better.
The ad lists luggage storage as an amenity but my check-in host did not recommend it, since they take no responsibility for the luggage.
To start off- this is definitely not a “hotel” and the address listed on the booking site is NOT the address you will be staying at. I was provided a different address on the day of check in. 300 Front St west is the actual address. I also booked a room that advertised “partial lake view” and certainly had no view of the lake at all. You will need to receive your keys from the concierge at front desk upon arrival. Other than that, everything went smoothly and it was a very nice suite and building. The entire pool/rec level is under construction but the whirlpool is half functioning, there is also a steam room and huge gym area with a beautiful view of the city.
The location is perfect for touring, or attending events. It’s right across the street from the aquarium, tower, and Roger’s centre. It’s also a very short walk down the street to Union station with direct (and fast) transportation to and from the airport). There is a Starbucks in the building, and many restaurants within walking distance. The building has secure access(with a key fob), elevators are very busy so give yourself extra time.
The suite itself was very clean and spacious, fully furnished and had everything you could need. Lots of bedding, towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, full dishwasher and washer/dryer which was very handy. The bed frame in the small bedroom was VERY squeaky and hard for my son to sleep on. There was also an air mattress and infant playpen available if needed.
Wifi was working well.

The location we were booked into was not location we had originally booked through expedia. We were told that we would be staying at 300 Front street , directly across from Rogers centre and CN Tower. I confirmed the location with property management of Hotel Lux message on March 29 that verified the location which I have saved in messages. Upon arriving and realizing that we were not in location on itinerary (72 pictures showing complete different apartment with partial lake views and large balcony etc) I contacted management to inform and initially told that we are at correct site . They then did say they would try to relocate us to original site. After going back to location that had no amenities of pool , hottub , gym I reached out to Expedia rep to voice my concerns as we had been travelling with grandkids who were excited for these amenities. The Expedia Rep was of little help other then contacting Hotel Lux Management who then proceeded to reach out to me stating they would not be moving us and stay where you are.I did try to reach out again to say guess will make best of but informed them of broken toilet in 1 bathroom and no air conditioning working....Never was replied to!! Very disappointing to say the least after paying good $ for what was thought and told by management after booking was total different location and had no pool , rooftop terrace gym etc. TOTAL LET DOWN AND NO ONE CONTACTED ON CONCERNS OF BROKEN AMENITIES AFTER INFORMING THEM!!
