I spent 20 minutes trying to find the lock box below a park bench among 40 other lock boxes all attached to the same bench. It was stuck in ice and I froze my fingers at -15C. I guess this is their idea of a front desk. Not the welcome I was expecting. The heating system in the room is not working. The room temperature never went above 20C no matter how high we set it. Our stay was a truly relaxing and heartwarming experience, especially during the Christmas season. After the busy holiday celebrations, the suite was the perfect place to slow down and rest. The atmosphere was calm, cozy, and very peaceful, making it easy to disconnect and enjoy some quiet time. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with a warm and welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. It felt like a safe and restful retreat where we could recharge and enjoy uninterrupted rest. Being there during Christmas added a special charm, creating a cozy holiday vibe while still feeling serene and private. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. Great host that accomodated our requests with ease. Host was available to answer our questions. The Suite was clean and what a great view! Close to all major attractions that we wanted to see. We were able to walk everywhere. Would 100% go again.

I stayed in Bestaycation at Harbour Suites & Towers Union Toronto for two nights and would definitely return. I loved how close it is to Union Station, which made catching my flight very convenient and stress-free. The view from the unit was amazing, especially at night, and being just a short walk from the CN Tower was a big plus. The UP Express station is only a few minutes away, which is perfect for travelers. The room was clean, the property is in a great location, check-in was easy, and the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, my stay at Harbour Suites & Towers Union Toronto was excellent.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The property is just minutes from Scotiabank Arena and the CN Tower, with excellent views and a clean, scenic space that felt very well maintained. Communication was clear and easy, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Public paid underground parking is conveniently located just outside. You really can’t get more “Toronto” than this!! I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful stay at this suites. The suites are very well maintained, and the location was perfect for my business trip. I’m really glad I discovered this apart-hotel and will definitely return for future trips. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and washing machine made my stay extremely comfortable and convenient. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the financial district.

Absolutely lovely stay! The room was spotless when we arrived, and we loved the fresh floral scent blended with a hint of citrus it made the space feel so welcoming. What really made our stay special was the kitchenette. My partner loves to cook, so we enjoyed preparing our own meals instead of eating out all the time, which was a huge plus for us. We felt very relaxed and truly at home during our stay. It was definitely a big thumbs up from us, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Toronto!
