"After the battery went out in our door for the key card, we got moved to the smaller queen room next door, even though staff on site said they were upgrading us from our already king room. Which we were charged king room price both nights even tho we didn’t get to stay in it nor were able to access our luggage. Staff was friendly and apologized for the hassle. Hot tub was Luke warm at best, but the breakfast was great and the GM was able to give us great recommendations for hidden gems that we enjoyed. "

"Good location. Use street parking if staying over the weekend because the valet service is slow. Rooms with one bed are small. Request an interior room if noise is a problem as the street side is very noisy."

"Elegant Hotel. Classy, artsy and perfect proximity to all the venues we visited! Pleasant and helpful front desk check in - shout out to Nora! Rooms artistically appointed. Greeted with Champagne. Coffee/tea bar next to elevator was a nice touch. Parking was easy. Will choose Saint Kate’s again! "

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament this past weekend. We had a double queen room and while the space seemed small, we were able to make do. You can't beat the location and the staff is absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond for people staying for the tournament (even starting breakfast 45 minutes earlier to accommodate the tournament start time, which is something another hotel in the area would not do for us a day before). We requested extra pillows and blankets later in the evening and they took no time in bringing them right up. "
