"The selection of the breakfast items was loaded with sweet baked goods. The scrambled eggs were watery. The only fresh fruit were apples and the were stale. I don’t consume pork products. There was bacon and pork sausages. Which led me to leaving the hotel and purchasing breakfast at Starbucks "

"The kiosk is a waste of time. We had two people in front of us, and we had to wait 40 minutes. When it was our turn to check in, it took another 10 minutes to process our information. I think it would be better if there was someone in the lobby to check in."

"I love Hilton properties. I am a part of their rewards program. But just because my job booked me thru a 3rd party they couldn’t add my Hilton honors number ok but I didn’t even get my water and cookies. It may not mean anything to some. But it’s wat we get and it’s nice. I had to literally buy a water when I am literally a member. Make it make sense. Like I was on call so I had to stay but they made me feel unwelcome. Won’t happen again and will not a ay there. Then I asked can I take these stairs to the 3rd floor and they said yes but guess wat they don’t. She knew that. It was just unpleasant and unprofessional"
