"The bathroom was dirty and the shower handle was broken. Even after trying to turn the shower on after multiple attempts, the water was lukewarm at best. The pipes in the bathroom kept making a whistling noise all night and it was impossible to fall asleep. The ac also didn’t cool the room even though it was set to 65 all night. Overall pretty poor experience."

"Room was clean and check in was easy. Showed up after a late flight and wanted a shower to clean off before bed, shower had no pressure and was not hot. Took one in the morning and it had pressure/was hot. Lots of incredibly loud children starting at about 6am "

"I checked in, all went well. On my way to the room I noticed filth and I saw people huddled together in the parking lot that looked like transients. Come to find out the place is drug infested. The parking lot, sidewalks, stairs, walls, doors were really filthy, you didn't want to touch anything. Doors and locks were damaged, damage throughout the room. I checked out the next morning. "

"The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again."
