"We had a wonderful experience at Tru by Hilton in Morrisville, NC. We booked a large party with 6 rooms, and the staff was very accommodating from start to finish. Melinda and Candice were especially professional, friendly, and helpful with our last-minute changes. They also made early check-in as smooth as possible, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was great, and the airport shuttle was on time and very convenient. Overall, the customer service, flexibility, and hospitality made our stay a great experience. Highly recommend this location!"

"Room itself was great. Having the cleaning lady just walk into the room at 9 in the morning when checkout was at 12 with two minor children in the room was unacceptable. Then she proceeded to stand in the doorway and ask me when we were leaving. Crazy staff can just come into your room while you are in there getting ready with two minors. Staff said they would “talk” to them."
