"We did not stay here after finding our room. I'm 69 years old and cannot do stairs. No elevator there. The parking lot was filled with cars and trucks revving up the engines. People smoking pot and drinking beer. It was like downtown Chicago. No place for the grandkids to be. We asked for a refund because there was no way we could stay. Turned in our Waterpark wristbands and they wouldn't refund us."

"The staff was very nice and there were many things to love about the hotel and suite. The lobby was clean and breakfast was fantastic. Our bedding was immaculate and the bed was comfortable, but the room had some problems too. The microwave cupboard was collapsing, one end table was turned in to the wall because I am assuming it was broken. The second room in our suite had filthy couch cushions, what appeared to be water damage to the walls and the door between is was broken like someone kicked it open. This made having privacy basically impossible. The pool area needed some cleaning as well as there was a dirty bandaid on the floor. It was an okay stay. No bed bugs, fresh sheets etc, the place just needs some fixing up and it could be really amazing."
