"The pictures on the website are very miss leadin. The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom was step-in, sit down, and step-out. I was very much looking forward to staying at that hotel but w did not! The first flush of the toilet was a clog drain. The desk person asked if we thought a plunger would work. "Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is very old and outdated, and the cleanliness was not up to standard. The shower was dirty and even had hair stuck to the shower walls, which was very unpleasant. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, it’s just a block away from the beach, which was convenient. Other than that, I would not stay here again."

For this place to have only been open for 2 weeks from the time we checked in, it was smoothly operated and felt like a finely tuned instrument. "I was here for 4 nights and I absolutely LOVED my experience!! I felt at home the second I came in. Staff was extremely friendly and was above and beyond. Nothing more that I could ask for. Beautiful property, heated pool, great breakfast, nice rooms, Salt and Stone toiletries,great bathrooms too. Walking distances to great restaurants and beaches. The ONLY thing I was sad to hear is that it’s an adult only hotel. So, I can’t bring my grandson. But I myself will DEFINITELY be back!"

"Beautiful renovated modern property right on a lovely beach. Room was great. Great restaurant. Only complaint is they list as Expedia VIP but they didn’t honor it when I arrived. They argued about it and tried to charge $800 per night more for the upgrade which is free to VIP members. Even the manager did not understand it. They shouldn’t be on the program if they do not honor it. I would return."

"The hotel room was spacious as we elected to get a suite. The bed was comfortable. Best thing was the hotel restaurant had excellent food and fair prices . The gym is phenomenal. Think Lifetime Fitness. The facility is well located in Orange Cty for any travel nearby. Our only problem was that on our last night the room was not cleaned when we returned at 5 pm. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get maid service"
