"Accent inn Kelowna is a wonderful place. Tani at the front desk goes over and above with hospitality very welcoming and friendly. The cleanliness, pool, breakfast at Ricki’s free every morning. In a suite we love the closet. The 2 ac’s and two tv’s. One for the bedroom, one for the living room. Overall I Love Accent Inn. Tani needs a raise!!!"
"Updated facilities and very kind staffs. Overall, it was quite comfortable experience. Small things to comments are one of two treadmills is out of order, and shower in the suite is not completely cleaned up. Breakfast area is very busy and packed. However it was good to stay during labour day long weekend. "

"The staff was so friendly and attentive. Cute, vintage rooms with microwave and fridge. Thoughtful staff. Didnt get to use the pool, but we enjoyed the small breakfast. One of our best hotel experiences!"
"I didn't realize there was a hold on funds as well as the fee to stay so that set us up for a sad stay, probably my fault for just being fairly new to staying in hotels. The guy behind the counter wasn't very personable or reassuring either. "
"Hotel with large rooms, large shower, clean, no smell in the room or in the hallway as in other places. Great location across the park and the beach.
I would rate it as Excellent, I think it was under rated as only Good when I looked it up.
