"We didnt arrive until 10pm but found the key and room as per instructions easily. The room did have a weird smell but about from that was fine and beds comfy. Only downside was lack of hot water. In the morning only 3 out of 5 had hot showers"

Verified traveller

Used Tongariro crossing shuttle really friendly driver and convenient pick up with parking at ski biz. Booking online was easy and if you are doing the crossing you need a shuttle as departing and arrival are two different locations.
