El Hotel es bonito, el servicio es bueno u amable, el desayuno estuvo delicioso. pero tienen muchos detalles que no están padres como por ejemplo que reserve habitaciones dobles y me dieron habitaciones sencillas. Con cama queen y fue muy complicado. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y desordenado.

Cuidado generan dobles cargos

Me hicieron 2 cobro de la habitación, no puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito me pidieron que pagará por transferencia porque con las tarjetas se genera dobles cargos y como sea si paso. Tienn portón eléctrico que hay que estar llamando para que te dejen entrar en la noche lo cual es incómodo, no están señalados los lugares de estacionamiento y luego te piden mover el coche

Lo pequeño y barato te saldrá más caro

Llegué a media noche, marqué y me dicen que a esa hora no reciben, en cuanto mencione que está ya reservado por Hotels.com me dijeron que me abrirían, espere 15 minutos y no me dieron el tamaño de cama que había reservado. Deberían de quitar hoteles tan pequeños que no tienen servicio las 24 horas. Los Domingos te despertará la música en vivo (Alabanzas en alto volumen) de una iglesia gusto enfrente.

Mi familia no se hopedo por motivos vacacionales, mi padre tuvo un accidente y la señora Laura le dio hospedaje a mi familia siempre con mucha empatia y muy humana su atención y jamás olvidaremos el apoyo que ofreció en momentos tan difíciles, es la mejor anfitriona que jamás encontrarán. Prometemos regresar y esta vez de vacaciones, el mejor lugar para hospedarse nunca lo duden, gracias por un servicio que salió siempre desde el corazon desde el minuto 1 de mi contacto con este hotel.

Los cuartos y decoración son muy lindas, nuestro cuarto tenia todo lo indicado en la descripción. La terminal del hotel falla mucho entonces algunas cosas las tienes que pagar en efectivo o transferencia. El wifi en general falla mucho

La experiencia me dice, cuando un negocio es del tipo familiar, como es este caso, por lo general se carece de capacitación en el trato, formas, amabilidad, alimentos entre otros, que se da cuando existe profesionalismo. Al mezclar negocio con familia, aun con la buena voluntad, el servicio no responde a una optima calidad.

Buen lugar, pero no respetaron condiciones condici

Es un buen lugar, pero tuve dos inconvenientes. El primero es que contraté mediante hoteles.com y por el precio estaban incluidos 2 desayunos los cuales no me respetaron en el hotel. El segundo fue que asistí a las aguas termales nocturnas en Ixtapan, al regresar estuve fuera del hotel por más de 15 minutos esperando a que me dieran acceso.

Me gustó el desayuno en el jardín y la gran amabilidad del personal, fue lo único. Ya que debido a su concepto no hay televisión. En la parte de afuera de la habitación hay un foco con sensor que durante la noche se prende y se apagaba y no dejaba dormir. Además de que llegó una pareja en la noche, quienes desafortunadamente estaban en estado de ebriedad e hicieron mucho ruido. Se torno un ambiente incómodo porque no pude dormir debido a sus gritos cantando y su conversación a altas horas de la noche. Considero que no deberían permitir el acceso a personas en ese estado aplicando el NRDA.

Todo está limpio y muy cuidado. Solo la regadera no salía mucha agua pero creo que es cuestión de un rápido mantenimiento y listo. Me volvería a hospedar ahí. :)
