Excellent experience from the moment we arrived. The service was outstanding, check-in was quick, and the room was spotless, with everything working perfectly. The heated pool was a great plus, and overall, the entire property was in very good condition. Definitely a very pleasant stay.

Very disappointed that I was able to book this location after 10:00pm even though they don’t allow check ins after 10:00 pm. Had to sleep in my car cause there was no other available hotels in the area and this location does not give refunds!

Not the level we expected per the pricing. Also big lack of attention in the servicing. Our room was supposed to be two king beds but was in fact one king and one queen. It is clear that owner has no sense of Hotel Service. We do not recommend and will not return to this Hotel.

El lugar es increíble, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Los jardines son preciosos y la alberca está climatizada, aunque llegamos en un día nublado meterse fue muy agradable. La habitación es bonita y la cama súper cómoda, todo muy limpio y acogedor. Lo único que criticaría es que mi habitación no tenía mesa de trabajo, necesitaba mandar unos correos de trabajo y tuve que hacerlo en la cama. Por todo lo demás, la experiencia fue justo lo que esperaba en relación calidad y precio. Definitivamente volveré.
