  • It takes 1,000 butterflies to weigh one pound (.45kg), and the branches on this tree were sagging under the weight. The monarch colony here was quite different than at the more popular El Rosario sanctuary. 40 minutes outside Zitacuaro, near El Capulin, we chartered a couple of tiny mountain horses to take us up the rugged path to view the colony. The monarchs were clustered within a ravine, swirling around a few choice pine trees in search of sunny roosts. Whenever the sun went behind a cloud the butterflies scrambled into the air and back to the safety of the nucleus, knowing that settling down for the night outside the warmth of the colony would mean certain death.

No es nada de lo que ofrecen, solicité mi reembolso porque ni siquiera pude pasar la noche ahí debido a que no hubo luz, el encargado me aseguró que el dueño me haría el reembolso del 100% a la brevedad y aquí sigo esperando 2 meses después. El encargado ya no contesta mis mensajes.

Muy bonito lugar para pasar unos días en un lugar agradable. Los alojamientos son muy buenos y los servicios son compartidos como se espera de un glamping. Son de muy buena calidad, limpios y bien mantenidos. El lugar es pequeño y tiene un río dentro de la propiedad. Todo muy agradable.

Los encargados fueron muy amables y estuvieron al pendiente de todo, me encanto y definitivamente regresaré, además, me aceptaron con mis dos perritas sin ningún problema/costo. Lo recomiendo al 100! (solo si lleven como abrigarse porque aunque nos proporcionan más cobijas, la temperatura baja bastante)

Personal muy amable y cordial, siempre atentos a cualquier situación que pudiera presentarse y a que nuestra estancia fuera más cómoda. Es un poco complicado llegar al lugar si no se cuenta con vehículo propio.

Buen concepto, lugar agradable

El concepto esta lindo y diferente. Las casas de buen tamaño, baños y regaderas limpios . Tiene cocina y sala de uso comun. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las casas y focos arriba de ellas, la mayoria fundidos. El personal muy amable . El lugar es frio en la noche y tienen cobijas muy delgadas, no aptas para el lugar . Lleven sus cobijas porque se siente mucho frio por la noche

No lo recomiendo

Las tiendas están descuidadas, se filtra el agua, huelen a humedad, con moho, muchos focos del alumbrado están fundidos, no hay personal que te atienda, solo vigilancia, tuvimos un accidente con unas maderas al pisar y no tuvimos respuesta, solo preocupados por su piso y no por lo que nos habría pasado de pisar y caer por esas maderas. No lo recomiendo, en imágenes se ve totalmente diferente, cuando llegas es decepción.
