Staff were very helpful and friendly, I enjoyed all our interactions. This review should not reflect them negatively.
Converesly, the rooms had multi layered issues. At the end of the day management needs to decide how much time and money they will allocate to their cleaning staff to do a thourough job.
1. The tile baseboards protruded from the walls and had no protective trim. It would be easy to cut oneself. I recognise this is the tile contractor's fault.
2. There was accumulated gunk on the tile and grout. This is a maintenance issue which requires deep cleaning every so often.
3. Sticky stains all over the kitchenette, counter, inside cabinets etc...
4. The bathroom smelled musky, the exhaust ventilation was clogged.
When you notice one obvious thing wrong you begin to notice everything. I don't expect a plethora of amenities at the Comfort Inn, I do expect reasonable cleanliness.

The hotel was very nice very clean. But my sink in my room 204 had a small leak. My key to my room needed to be reactivated every day. I was on the 2nd floor and I have breathing issues,thank goodness my grandson was there to go downstairs to get the key reactivated every day when we left the hotel and came back. Also my bill and my credit card have 2 different charges.
Check in was quick and easy
Only issue was we didn’t get enough towels, we had 2 people in the room and only 1 towel . We asked for more and had to wait ! Thankfully we didn’t need to shower when we got there .
I would stay here again. The rooms were nice, clean and safe. However the TV didn’t work and there were no instructions to operate it. I didn’t report it because I stayed only one night and was tired anyway. Also, there were no good restaurants in the area…just fast foods.
I didn’t like that I had bugs in my room. Reached out to the front desk and still haven’t heard anything from the manager. She never showed up when the employee said she would be at the hotel. I left with no resolution and still waiting on a call back.
Pool room had a lot going on, the hallway and pool bathroom was a mess, ice machines not functional, no extra towels. But it was a place to rest my head

I did a reservation and when I got there there was no room available.
Our first room smelled like weed, the remote didn't work and the toilet seat was loose but we got an upgrade and it was spectacular. Breakfast could use a few more options.
Very poor housecleaning, location is out of the way

I’ve stayed for 3 nights. They didn’t clean my room or refresh my towels during my stay. Lady that works the kitchen tells my 17 year old son “it’s a complementary breakfast, not a buffet”, honey if I stayed for 3 days he can eat how much he wants. Aside from the kitchen woman, all other staff were nice. Room was clean, but had a few minor issues. Toilet seat was loose, bath drained extremely slowly, and rugs need shampooing. Overall, the stay was ok, would I stay again? Simple answer is NO.
Quiet, convenient shopping nearby. After shopping, I came back to my key card not working. Srranger let us in. I still had 2 stays left. Bed was comfortable, water stayed hot, breakfast was so so (only ate it once, bought outside rest of stays).
Staff were excellent, especially the lady doing the breakfast room- very nice and made sure everyone had what they wanted etc
Never received this level of service before from a hotel breakfast area!

The property is not in a bad location. There are plenty of restaurants and stores conveniently in the area. The things I had a problem with were the beds and the noise. The beds are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Hard as rocks. My girlfriend and I stayed there for 2 nights. The first night was ok. The second night we didnt get any sleep because the room directly above us sounded like they were partying hard between 1 and 4am. We called the front desk and even walked down to the front desk to let them know about the noise and they didnt do anything about it even though they have a quiet hour policy. They asked if we wanted to switch rooms which was irritating because why not just ask the guests who were being loud to either be quiet or switch their room to the first floor?
After that noise ended, being that we have until 11am to check out, we thought we would finally be able to sleep for a few hours beforehand. Nope. Around 6am the fire alarm starts going off about every 30 minutes or so which kept waking us up again. Apparently they have been having issues with the fire alarms and the front desk clerk said she had to keep resetting it for whatever reason which was causing them to go off. The day we checked out we had a really long drive back home and we didnt get any sleep the night prior. So we will not be booking another stay at this hotel. The general manager was not there at the time but there was a note left for him at the front desk and I will b expecting a refund
